Fitness Levels - Choose A Class That Is Right For You!
Classes are taught at gyms and sports and schools. SocaSkip is a fun and exciting workout that can be taught to children, young people, and adults of all fitness levels, including pro and amateur athletes of various disciplines such as football, boxing, swimming, martial arts and athletics and much more.
- Level 1 – This is the entry level for those returning to fitness or just beginning. Ideal for any age group!
- Level 2 – You have crossed the first hurdle, and can work a bit harder and longer.
- Level 3 – You begin to increase your ability, stamina and strength.
- Level 4 – Is for the fit or those who are ready for a greater challenge on their fitness journey!
- Level 5 – For the very fit, the hard-core trainer and Ideal for professional athletes.
