Description
Your session will begin with a discussion of what your goals are, both long and short term. Once the mind is focused, it’s time to prepare the body. Your trainer will help you to record your body metrics. To get the most out of your efforts, your trainer will most likely discuss your existing habits and exercising preferences with you. Expect a rewarding workout. Bring plenty of water with you. You’ll thank yourself after the session for making your first step. Each session is 1 hour long either at your home or a near-by gym.
