Our personal trainers are certified professionals who will educate, motivate and keep you accountable. If you are new to exercise or having trouble staying fit, you need a personal trainer. Our goal is to get you exercising regularly and obtain results you want.

Fronzie Charles is a qualified and certified Martial arts Coach, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with over 20 years experience. Fronzie is also an experienced Deep Tissue Massage Therapist and Certified Sports Massage Therapist and has helped many athletes and individuals with his unique techniques and teaching methods.
